5 Reviews on “Amaze’n Steamboat”
I found this to be a very good family activity.
I’ve only the second person to review this on Yelp, and the first person to review it did not give it a very good score. I do not understand why. I would not hold this out as “the reason to go to Steamboat Springs”, but it’s a fun activity for families with lots of things to do.
The miniature golf course is in good condition, there’s a wide selection of 18 holes with different designs. I was very pleased with the miniature golf course. I do not agree with the previous yelp comments.
Other activities include gem and fossil search with a mine sluice, a bounce house, Human maze, and several other fun looking activities. It also looks like it is great for kid parties with a picnic area.
I find this to be a very good family activity, and I recommend that anyone with a family looking for something to do in the summer who are in steamboat Springs to come get this a try. I’m sure you will enjoy yourself.
We played putt putt and then let our kids run around in the maze with water guns. We truly had a wonderful time. It’s nothing fancy, but the golf course is well-maintained. The maze is underwhelming on first glance, but add water guns, and it’s a ball. The employees seemingly love their jobs and go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met. In particular, we loved the customer service at this small business.
I am giving this pace a 5 instead of a 4 because our whole family had a blast here! It may not be the most impressive mini golf course ever, and the shoot and splash basketball game didn’t work quite right, but the staff was so wonderful and the maze might not have been a thing of beauty, but it truly was challenging. It is very rare that our family can find a place to spend the whole day playing together. I’m not sure who had a better time the 10, 13, or 40 year olds! This is a great place to enjoy some really great family time together!
This is an older course, but still contains some challenging holes. It was $15 per person though. The water jumps were probably the toughest holes, but the bricks are too low to support some of the tougher holes.
We had a phenomenal time here. We played miniature golf and did the maze. Honestly, the maze was a blast as we are a very competitive family and it was awesome to see which of us would complete it the fastest. The couple working there (owners?) were super friendly and really seemed to enjoy hosting families and making sure they had the best time. I would recommend 100%.
