I am personally disappointed in there so call rec roller hockey league in Littleton rink, they say that they want to teach young kids about roller hockey ,sportsmanship and the game but they have high school kids who only know how to roller skate not play hockey run the leagues, then when things get out of control and you have spoiled little brat unsportsmanlike like 8-9-10 year old’s hitting other players with their sticks and tripping and hurting other players ,and the parents of those kids doing it cheering them on and telling them to do it,you go to their so called nite manager and their so called advertising /marketing manager and complain about it and tell them how unsafe it is ,THEY TELL YOU TO RELAX,FORGET ABOUT IT ,SHUT UP AND LEAVE THE BUILDING YOU ARE CAUSING A COMMOTION ,WHAT EVER I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY KIDS THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND INVOLVED IN THE HOCKEY PROGRAM 2 YEARS ,HAVE SEEN THIS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BY THE SAME KIDS AND PARENTS AND NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT AND NOTHING EVER SAID TO THOSE PARENTS, guess it has to take a crazy idiot that goes berserk and start hurting people or a crazy parent go local and pull out a weapon for them to get the point , well all i can say is that my family kids and friends and who ever else i can convince not to go there and get involved ,to not see something really bad happen there, Good Luck Josh,Bryan,Amanda on running a out of control hockey league and promoting bulling ,unsportsmanlike behavior from kids and parents and rudeness from your own staff when it is pointed out. no wonder our society is getting crazy and out of control as well with idiots like this place. i strongly suggest look else where before signing up you child here for roller Hockey unless you are like the other parents and staff that promote that kind of behavior.

What’s not to like? Affordable, fun, healthy. This place gives away 1000’s of free passes each year to schools all over the area. Not to mention birthday parties packages and roller skates that school auction off and profit from. In a time where everyone has really raised their prices, it’s still only $5 to skate! Not to mention the value of the birthday party package as well as the little summer card deal we got through our school. This place seems to usually be busy..isn’t that a GOOD sign? I notice the usual wear and tear of a facility that host’s 1000’s of children a week but for the most part the upkeep seems to be solid. They seem to reinvest in the building as I notice fresh paint, new rental skates, freshly coated skating floor and even new carpet every few years. I’ve been coming for years and plan to continue this trend until my body says no more!

Thugs on rollerblades run this place, my wife and I went there on family night which is Sunday and we thought oh great it’s family night it’ll be nice and I’ll be fun. Unfortunately there are a group of about 10 kids that have no supervision and their best friends with all the workers and they are absolutely dangerous, please do not take your kids here they will end up at broken Bones. So I went and told the manager what was going on and that these kids were terrorizing all the skaters and no one was doing anything about it, well that was a big mistake it felt like the gangs of New York and they teamed up on me and my wife. I can’t say it’s absolutely true but it seems that the manager went and told them to start harassing us even more, And I think he did it because we complained to him. I am serious this is a dangerous place to go skating please do not take your little kids and family here. I will see if there’s a corporate entity And make sure they know what’s going on, because this manager if you complain he will actually sick these kids on you and they will just stop in front of you skate really close and dart in and out of you it’s the most dangerous experience I have had

We have been bringing out kids and now their kids for many years. Always fun for the kids, especially on a school night with all their school friends. Thanks

I’m writing this review to share my experience at Skate City Littleton, where an unfortunate incident overshadowed what should have been a joyous celebration. I hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday party at the venue, hoping to provide a fun and memorable day for the kids. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when a misunderstanding over my payment method turned into a major issue.

I planned to use a Skate City gift card to cover the expenses, but somehow, it was interpreted that I was refusing to pay. Before I knew it, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called. This was not only embarrassing but also deeply upsetting on what was otherwise a special day for my daughter and our family.

From a customer service standpoint, I was extremely disappointed. There was no attempt to resolve the situation on the spot or clarify the misunderstanding in a calm manner. Instead, the matter quickly escalated, leaving me feeling shocked and frustrated. It’s hard to imagine that a venue meant to be a place of fun and community would handle a payment issue in such a confrontational way.

While I understand that policies are in place to ensure transactions are handled correctly, the way this incident was managed left a lot to be desired. I believe clear communication and a more measured approach in resolving disputes could have prevented the involvement of law enforcement, which certainly detracted from the celebratory atmosphere.

Based on my experience, I would advise future customers to double-check the details of their payment methods and inquire in advance about any potential issues with gift cards. More importantly, I hope Skate City Littleton takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service policies so that families can enjoy their time there without the risk of such distressing complications.

Overall, the incident left a sour taste in our mouths, and it pains me to think that a day meant to celebrate a child’s birthday turned into such an ordeal. I hope others have a smoother, more accommodating experience than mine.
