As good as it gets! This gym is incredible for adults and kids. I was there for 5 hours today with my kids for the summer open play a day after they had their first class. We had a blast, had a great work out, and left wanting more. Amazing ninja coaches were on the floor the whole time giving tips for obstacles, keeping it safe, and encouraging. I can’t say enough about this place. We are going back for sure…a lot!

I stopped by for the open gym a few days ago and had such a good time I came back for a class. I don’t really watch the show but from what I can tell the equipment and obstacles are very authentic. It’s a jungle gym for adults! It was a blast to run through the different tracks with the poles, monkey bars, spider crawl plexiglass thing, the huge ramp/wall that even had a fun button/buzzer at the top. Everyone there was really polite and encouraging but also really safety conscious. I have two young boys that would love it here, but sadly I’m from out of town.

Your kids will get to look at all the fancy ninja equipment they see on TV but never use it. An hour long class is 15 minutes of standing in a circle stretching, then waiting in line to jump across the floor or hang from a bar and then 15 minutes of stretching again. We have tried 4 different classes where my kids are bored waiting in line and standing around. We take classes at other ninja gyms in the area with instructors that teach skills, challenge the kids and keep the kids moving throughout the hour.

This gym is amazing! Such a positive, welcoming environment. We recently had our daughters Birthday Party there and it was in her words “The best party ever!” Staff was amazing, they seriously wen’t above and beyond to make sure my daughter enjoyed every second and all the kiddos had a blast! We are so lucky to have such an awesome facility with incredible staff so close to home!

If you have never seen or been to one of these gyms yet, I would strongly recommend trying one out. We had our 6 year olds birthday there this past weekend and it was an absolute blast. From the 6 year olds to the 60 year olds we all loved it. I feel like maybe I will soon be appearing on ANW now that I have had the chance to run the gamut:-) Whether you’re a parent with kids or a parent that is a kid…you won’t be disappointed with the fun you have at Ninja Nation!

Great active place for age 8+ kids. As a parent, I REALLY like that the music isn’t very loud.

My 6 year old son LOVES this place and I love it too because he gets to have fun while working out. Last year he tried every sport at the Community Center and couldn’t get him to compromise to anyone of them, so I was very happy that he liked Ninja Nation and he is always looking forward to go back. The staff is awesome, the place is always clean and even when there’s a lot of people, it never gets packed. Would absolutely recommend this place!

My family loves this place! Everyone who works here is always very nice and welcoming. It can be pretty intimidating to try some of the obstacles as an adult…but they are always willing to lend a helpful suggestion and build confidence! My son is currently attending the summer camp and is having a blast! Also…the gym upstairs is great for a quick row, run or KB swing while your kiddo is on the ninja floor!

It’s the perfect place for my son the burn off some energy during this hot weather while building his strength and endurance. Most importantly my son loves to be there. Every coach we have been in contact with has been personable, energetic and helpful. Such a fun place to be.

Absolutely love this place! Not only is it a wonderful place to try the ninja obstacles and have some fun the staff are SO encouraging to the kids.
As my daughter tried to make it up the warped wall, they were there to encourage her, give her tips and suggestions, and give her support for her next attempt.
They not only help to build them up physically but mentally too!

We absolutely love this place. Our son has been on the “team” for a few years now and it continues to be his favorite activity throughout high school. The instructors are top notch and really care about the kids. The facility is super clean and safe. We’re thrilled its stayed open during the pandemic. Thanks Ninja Nation we love you guys!

This is just such a fun great place for my boys to get to play but also workout some great gross muscle/movement skills. Two of my boys are autistic and the staff is wonderful with them!

  • Jennifer T.

The staff is amazing and engages with everyone even just to give a bit of encouragement. My kids adore the gym but the staff is what makes it.

Love this place!! My daughter loves it. She made friends. We drove from Nederland Colorado and the staff is extremely wonderful the experience is fantastic. The staff is the best!

So much fun on a rainy day and a great challenge for my five year old! Definitely options for the younger ones but mainly focus on kids just a little bit older. My five-year-old loved it. I highly recommend and the good thing is they have a free pass for your first time!

We attended an 8th birthday party there and the gentleman who was hosting/coaching the party for us was phenomenal!!!! He made sure to engage and include each child while simultaneously ensuring their safety on each piece of equipment. He made sure everyone had a great experience and wrangled the kids flawlessly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host an awesome event!

My son loved coming to Ninja Nation after school to celebrate his birthday!

Have your kids ever wanted to try their hand at American Ninja Warrior? Need a way to burn off some energy? Want to try new things and a new workout?

Look no further than Ninja Nation! We have been to both the Centennial and Lafayette locations, and this one is our favorite!

With ninja coaches on the floor offering tips and hints, and obstacles for all levels, it is highly inclusive to ALL skill levels and everyone feels like they belong.

They offer classes for all ages and skill levels, as well as National ninja league competitions.

For the non-ninja parents, they offer a large lobby, lots of styles of seating and tables, a viewing area, and WiFi!

10/10 recommended checking this one out!

Cool place, amazing staff. No promos or deals for first timers who’s kids might not be 100% committed. Open gym time is fantastic!

Awful company. Terrible business practices. We have been members since the very beginning, and we’ve been treated poorly for years.
This company does not care about the SPORT of ninja, or their members. It is not a training facility. They have built their gyms around the theme of the television of American Ninja Warrior, but they’ve made it clear they don’t support the athletes that compete on the show or athletes that compete in the sport of ninja around the country. They’ve had many popular names in the ninja community support their business, but, they’ve run off almost every single one, at every Ninja Nation across the country. Young kids will have a great time playing here for a day or 2, and they will have fun at a birthday party. However, if you, or your child wants to compete in the sport of ninja, or train to be a competitor on American Ninja Warrior, this place will break your spirit, and your heart.

Kids taking care of kids.. throw that in a gym full of equipment and you get problems

  • Elijah M.

Really Great place for kids to play

  • Justyne A.

Tons of amazing options and the obstacles change constantly. They even offer classes so your kiddo can learn Ninja! They just opened an adult open gym so there’s no worry of kiddos in the way:)

  • Meghan Luke F.

Friendly staff and coaches who encouraged and played with the kids. Nice clean facility!

We were excited to find this place when we first moved to the area about 4 years ago. My son is super super super super active and pretty damn strong. You know how bendy and active 8yo boys are! He took an instant liking to the place and now it’s somewhere we go on a weekend morning to burn off energy.
We’ve thrown his birthday party here, which was amazing. They have someone “chaperone” the party and do activities and other cool things. I thought it was decently priced too.
We’ve done summer camps and winter camps here, a few weeks here and there. I highly recommend their camps. Lots of instructors, the instructors are kind, are invested in getting to know your kids and making them feel awesome, and also really encourage them to tackle the challenges at Ninja Nation. It’s a bit expensive, but not out of the ballpark for including food/snacks and the amount of staff per child. You can also pay additional for early drop off and late pick-up.
All in all this is a great place to run out the kids and build body self-confidence.

Good for b-day parties and such but not memberships or ongoing classes… Ninja Nation Lafayette went from Hero to Zero. We no longer recommend Ninja Nation and will likely stop our membership. It started going downhill before covid but after covid it seems leadership stopped caring and didn’t try to get things back… classes have been greatly reduced, all the fun and challenging stuff is gone for both kids and adults. As founding members, Ninja Nation started out great but is now an empty shell of what it was at the start. The number of options, classes, and reasons to be members reduces every 6 months – class options for teens/adults literally do not exist. Leadership is nowhere to be seen or heard from… thus assume they do not to care as no one asks the members. This if the first survey I’ve seen in ages. The kids have not been ‘challenged’ for years as all point systems and such never got really implemented. And you charge extra for “club” even though we have a family plan that really only our one 8yr old can use while our 13yr old gets stuck with no classes to use. I hope the other facilities serve their area better.

Super disappointed in the direction this corporation is headed. We have had our membership for almost a year. We left my daughters old gym as she was not being challenged enough. I did so much research on each local gyms and spoke to coaches from each place before deciding on what gym would be the best fit for her. They advertised a variety of options from pro/elite ninja to everyday drop in ninja. This was appealing as my daughter is very driven to succeed in the sport. I also have an 8 year old who could run around and have fun while she was training there. We thought about the family membership but ultimately felt it would make more sense financially to just do a single membership for her and for him we could go to Defy and get their membership for $25.99/month because honestly he may swing on a thing or 2 but enjoys playing floor is lava and running around instead of wanting to take ninja classes so we just got the open gym punch pass for him to join on occasion- it did not make sense to pay the $125/month. The coaches have been nothing but phenomenal. They saw my daughters potential and always went out of their way to help her and challenge her. The other reason she has progressed so much is having all the older elite athletes as role models and mentors to look up to. They have welcomed her with open arms and allow her to jump in with them when she is there. The friendships we have made in the last year have been priceless. It is a ninja family/community to us and and now we realize the corporation just treats each kid as a body that walks in the door and has failed to see the importance of community like they advertise. The website states “it’s more than just awesome facilities- it’s a community of kids, adults, and parents encouraging each other, pushing their limits together and enjoying the friendships formed through dedication, hard work and positive energy.” By making the changes that they are having basic obstacles and training and not welcoming elite athletes- this is not a place we want to continue to stay at. I feel like they are going against everything that made us pick that gym in the first place. Below is one of the pictures that sold me on the gym last year. #falseadvertising

Best coaches around. We love the team that runs the day to day but the corporate business structure stifles growth. It’s a shame to see such a hardworking team of young people who know what they are doing to be put into a box because the higher ups don’t understand where the real growth lies. Our kids love training with and around the elite ninjas but the corporate team continuously minimizes their time on the gym floor. We are trying to raise ninja athletes and the fact that the higher level employees don’t value the competitive side of this business is disappointing to say the least. The focus on family fun is great but there should be more than enough room to make it an inclusive space for newbies and elites alike. As a family with 3 kids of all ages, I can honestly say that there is something for everyone and excluding those who have grown to a new skill level is a bit ridiculous. This place has the potential to be amazing for athletes but to say they are “too good” and need to move on is missing the mark. We hope they find a way to value this sport or we will have to find another training ground.

The past months I think my son Is being challenged more and building more skills in the homeschool class. We appreciate the fun, positive, yet challenging environment. Thanks!

I am not one to hold grudges against businesses, but after yesterday’s experience at Ninja Nation Lafayette, I will not give them my money again.

My three children asked for passes to NN Lafayette for Christmas in 2022. They each got several passes from both grandparents, which are stored electronically on the NN system, so no one ever had a physical copy of any related documents. We used them throughout 2023 without any problems.

Fast forward to Spring Break (March of 2024) when we wanted to use them… we were told we didn’t have any left. I was surprised as I knew we used some, but not all of the punches. I was told by the manager (all of my interactions yesterday were with this man) that the punches expire after 1 year of purchase, and this was stated on the transaction receipt. I told him that I did not purchase them, they were gifted to my children by two different grandparents, and neither of them told me about this. He apologized that I wasn’t told that and said there was nothing he could do.

I walked away to get my kids who went to play upstairs while I got this settled, but stopped and came back to ask who else I could speak to about this because it wasn’t right. This is when he told me he was the manager and I could talk to him about my frustration, but there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to look up how many punches we had that lapsed. He found out we had NINE punches left. One hour of open gym time is $18. Doing the math, that is theft of $162 and time that my kids missed out on that was gifted to them. Nine punches and he (the manager!!) still “couldn’t do anything.”

That is when I told him we would never be back, to which he replied, “I hope you have a nice day.” I got my kids and left.

This is the worst business model and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never been more disappointed in a business or store before. I can’t believe this is acceptable practice!

How can you make it right, Ninja Nation? Give me access to my 9 punches until they’re used up. They should NOT expire.

My advice to people looking for places to give your money to entertain children? Don’t waste your time or money (or anyone else’s money) at this gym.

My five and seven-year-old girls absolutely love this place! They do open play and the staff is incredibly kind and helps make them special obstacles. Kyle is especially the best. Highly recommend!

  • AJ N.

The staff is fantastic–both Dylan and Kyle are amazing. Dylan explained the flow class and helped me register my kids, making the process super easy. Every week, he has the wristbands ready in advance, so my kids can put them on and head straight to class. One time, we left our water bottles behind, and Dylan had them ready for us to pick up at the next class. He’s always thoughtful and efficient. Kyle also takes the time to talk with us and answer any questions we have. While we haven’t gotten to know all of the staff, everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and supportive. The facility itself is excellent, with top-notch ninja obstacles.

My kids ages 4-13 love to come! We’ve been coming for years and all of them are able to participate in different ways. lots of great arm muscle and stamina building!

I’m so sad to post this review. We have been coming here for a long time. My daughter has been so happy, but this gym is so so dirty and getting so run down, I think we have to move on. She also used to really enjoy the actual coaching, but we have been to several different sessions now, and all they seem to do is play tag or hide and go seek.
The gym itself (matts, etc) is also getting so run down. It’s pretty obvious there’s no one caring for it anymore. Their pricing also constantly changes, is very over priced, and they don’t honor the pricing from weeks or days before.
Again, I’m so sad to write this, as the people seem so nice, but it’s just time for us to move on.

Ninja Nation has a great staff and a great setup! The gentleman at the front counter was so caring when my son accidentally hit his mouth. My boys loved it. We’ll be back!
