We’re a big family. Colorado is not a cheap place to live. We get it. Fine. No big deal.
Here’s what IS a big deal. This place charging my credit card over $1200 without me present on a day I wasn’t even there. Now, that isn’t just a drop in the bucket. I have 5 kids and wasn’t there for even two hours and spent $250. NO WAY WOULD I HAVE SPENT OVER $800 IN ONE DAY!
I am extremely unhappy with this entire situation. When you leave, if you brave to go, make sure you have them delete your info! Do not trust them!
Also the bracelets never worked.
This place was quite the surprise (in a great way). The food was better than anything I’ve ever had at a family-friendly spot and the activities were fun for the whole crew. We tried the chicken skewers, yuca sticks, elk sausage, mac and cheese (OMG!, so good!) and some of the signature cocktails. Everything was fantastic.
We left exhausted from jumping (that obstacle course race is quite the beast) and, even my husband, said he’d like to go back.
had a lot of fun with my family, very great views from the balcony and the drinks were very tasty! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Awful money grab place with an owner who just insults parents who don’t think it’s right to be charged to watch their kids play.
Its really great to have a place that caters to big kids and adults with young spirits. Really glad this is nearby.
This place is hands down one of the best creations ever! It truly brings out your inner child with so many fun and unique activities to enjoy. From jumping around, to tackling the big red bouncy balls like you’re on the show Wipeout, to the race courses and even axe throwing, there’s something for everyone. My personal favorite had to be the sumo wrestling–it was such a blast!
The upstairs bar was absolutely stunning, offering a great view of the bounce area below. The bartenders were the sweetest, super friendly, and really added to the overall experience. The only downside was that we received some free drink cards from the manager for our birthday, which was a really nice gesture. However, we were under the impression that the cards were good for any drink, but it turned out they were only valid for beers, which was quite disappointing.
Additionally, I wasn’t a big fan of the pink drink option they had. It tasted cheap and reminded me too much of Pink Whitney, which wasn’t what I was hoping for. Other than that, this place is an absolute hit, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time. The variety of activities really sets it apart, and I can’t wait to go back!

You can tell Gentry genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and approachable — they were a big part of why our time at Bounce Empire was so enjoyable.
Between the world-class inflatable attractions, the upscale lounge spaces, and the amazing staff like Gentry, Bounce Empire delivers a premium experience that’s hard to match. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be looking out for Gentry to say thanks again!
