Went with a group of friends from college and everyone had an absolute blast! They were very accommodating, and open to helping in anyway possible. Would say that it’s better than sky zones and offers more to do at a better price. Laser tag was exciting and was offered in a two story venue. The food was good and reasonably priced. Was very satisfied with the visit and will be going again!
Place was alright enough until a middle age man decided to scream and call names to a 12 year old boy. Managers let it happen and owner refused to stop him and took his side over a child. Disgusting people who run this place. Watch your kids and siblings at all times when your here. If something happens to them no one on staff will be of any help to you.
Grand opening and I just witnessed the greatest employees. On the sky rider a kid with special needs was having a hard time jumping off the ledge to “fly”. I was watching him and the fear on his face! 1 min later a lady came to what looked like give him words of encouragement because the kids face showed the “I can do it face”. He was up there for maybe 10 mins with 2 employees cheering him on and him trying to find the courage to jump off! He turned around and wanted to come down then he kept turning around to jump off and not once did I see those employees look annoyed or frustrated that he wouldn’t go! They had all the patience in the world to help and encourage! I have to say they have great employees!!!! I forgot to add the place is awesome! It is unlimited play, where other places you only have an hour to jump!
Great place for kids of any age. Plenty to do, and lots of sitting areas for parents. Great memberships prices for unlimited use of the park.
Had a couple bumps with check in and with the staff, but Dev had a quick and great response to all he questions we had, he helped us with the staff issues and really helped where we needed it and did a great job explaining the memberships and parties. He gave a great tour of the facility. The sky rider harnesses are a bit uncomfortable but the safety reasons were explained after questioning. The go karts are a ton of fun and the food is great! Excited to be back soon!
The front desk worker Avery Carlson was very helpful and kind 10/10 best employee. The service was fire and the rides were lit!
What a let down! Came to the facility at 1pm on a Saturday and it was total chaos! The line get in was out the door and of the 4 checkout counters, only one person was checking people in. The line took just over 30 minutes. Then was the “Urban Cafe” wait line took 21 minutes. When I finally got to the front, one young man was running the entire cafe himself. I was told nothing was made and it would be “a while” if I ordered any food. The popcorn machine was empty, the pizza carousel was spinning empty and the entire cafe was filthy. There are 20 table in the cafe I counted) and everyone of them looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned all day. I asked for the Manager to request reinforcements for the cafe and the manager never came over to me. After a half hour, I went to the front counter (where the line was still out the door) and tried to have a quick word with manager. The manager was pleasant enough, explaining they were extremely understaffed and there was nothing he could do. I asked him to at least wipe the tables real quick, he said he would “get on it” which he never did, the tables remained the entire duration of my visit. I saw little packs of urban air employees walking around all day, seemingly with purpose. I did not however see any of them do anything like pick up a broom, a cloth or help in any way.
Very nice, fun place for the family! Great attractions, like the zipline! Friendly staff in the court and the cafe, however the manager in the cafe was not so friendly to guests & the workers… Very unprofessional & seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing…
Edit: Also very shitty how the manager in the cafe got his food before mines… Terrible service. Should think about & invest in hiring a new cafe manager… Other than that, cafe staff are GREAT!
My kids really loved this place!!
My kids love this place. I like how they have more than just trampolines. The rock wall is my favorite. As a parent, it is fun playing along side my kids. My only complaint is the obnoxious blinking lights and that it is really dark in certain corners of the building. Management has been very responsive and works with me every time I come in.
We have had two experiences here, First was for my twins birthday party and it was a great experience. Today was the second time, and my 9 year old daughter was hit extremely hard by a 10 year old boy. To the point that she was screaming in pain and we were forced to leave. We contacted the manager to make him aware of the situation and he very defensively excused the behavior because the child who was hitting other children was special needs (I’ve worked with special need students as a teacher and this behavior needs to be addressed before the child hurts himself or someone else). After several times of trying to tell the manager that his parents need to be here watching him if he is truly special needs (the manager very defensively kept telling us that he was special needs and he has special needs children too) finally listened and started looking for the parents. The parents were no where to be found, and the child was eventually taken to the managers office. My daughter was not the only child to be hit, and yet the manager did nothing to address this. All we want is an apology, we were only trying to make sure that everyone was safe including the child with special needs. This manager needs to learn how to address safety issues instead of becoming defensive and not listening to people bringing concerns to him. And to the parents that left their special needs child at a jump place alone, it’s not a day care and It is sickening that this child has negligent parents. We will be not be back.
Urban Air is a fun and entertaining place to come to when school is out, or you are planning to hang out with friends, but one of the things I HATE about the park the most is the Disrespectful staff! Most of the staff are teenagers, and don’t pay attention. They get distracted easily and when they are corrected they have an attitude. Younger kids may not notice this, but as a 13 year old it’s very noticeable.
Also, they are not clear at ALL with the rules. If you happen to break the rules by mistake, they get mad about it and don’t correct you respectfully. Instead they give you attitude. Rolling their eyes, raising their voice, and being straight out rude. Usually, trampoline parks make sure you know each and every rule before you play.
They don’t make it clear what you can or can not do with your pass. Once me and my friends were waiting in line for about 25 minutes to get onto the high ropes course only to find that with our pass we were unable to do so. No one told us that when we got in line, and there was no sign addressing it. When I told the teen girl putting on the vests, she looked at me disrespectful and rolled her eyes. She could’ve at least said something like “I’m sorry about the inconvenience, I will try to talk to the manager about your complaint.”
Overall, urban air needs some adjusting and a better hiring policy! Hire. Nicer. Staff. Not satisfied with this place
Super fun! My kiddos love it here. Location is great and parking is ample.
Not sure why the bad reviews — it’s a pretty great spot for kids to play and blow off steam.
Prices are fair and the membership for kids is a no brainer if you come often. It’s nice having an indoor fun option in Stapleton. So for us it’s a hit!
Each time the kids have a blast and are either exhausted or I have to drag them out kicking and screaming.
Lots of options for play and they keep the place clean.
The food is typical garbage and that’s not why we come, but we bring our own snack and avoid the mo is theater food selection.
We always have a good time and the kids are always happy to go play. So it works for us!
This place is AWESOME!!! They have bumper cars, a huge jungle gym of sorts, a zip line, some high rise ropes course, trampolines and more. It was so incredibly awesome that we found this place to take our kids for our day in Denver. We were looking for something unique and fun and we found it. The staff were super nice and wonderful with the kids. We didn’t jump with the kids but we saw a lot of parents who were out there doing everything with their kids, which I totally think we will do next time. I could absolutely see this place being a great place for birthday parties as well. I just wish there was one in Colorado Springs so we wouldn’t have to drive to Denver to take the kids. Trust me though! It is worth the drive and we will absolutely be coming back again.
This place is AWESOME especially if you have kids all ages and something for all ages. Except older teenagers they can get kinda rough. MUCH better than the spider monkey gym they offer lots more different play! Took my special needs grandson 7 years old usually doesn’t enjoy these places I was so happy that urban air has a LOT more to offer when it comes to playing..! Staff is very friendly would be a GREAT place for birthday parties we just absolutely LOVED it!!
Had friends from out of town buy a black Friday deal, they were told incorrect information on the phone about using it. When we showed up the manager honored coupon, since my friends were from out of town and wouldn’t be able to use it at a later date.
The place itself is fun, the kids had a blast.
Was really impressed with this place at first. I got my 4 year old daughter a basic membership over 6months ago and she was allowed to do everything except things she wasn’t tall enough for. Now they are telling me she needs to upgrade her membership, which is twice as much and she is not tall enough for all of the things that are included for that price. I have spoken to two managers about it and they just agree that it is not fair but basically say there is nothing they can do. Not sure I will be renewing my membership.
Would never recommend! Entery fee was very expensive. Food and drink price was outrageously expensive. I paid about 3 dollars for a cup of soda and 5 dollars for small cold pizza slice. Staff was lousy and barley watched the kids. Mostly just spaced out. Will not be going back again.
So the kids are having a blast. We ordered some food. I ordered chicken fingers. No heathy menu options at all. None. So I ask for an extra BBQ sauce and they charge $0.81 cents. Hmmmmmm. We have already dropped $120 for three kids and now and additional $0.81 cents for BBQ sauce. Anyway just wanted people to know this fact. My old boss would say the nickels and dimes adds up to dollars. Well these guys certainly are implementing that in their establishment.
It’s a cool place my girls enjoyed it for a couple of hours.
We unfortunately had to visit the restrooms and they were horrible. The sign on the wall said it hadn’t been cleaned since 12/28. Not sure if that’s true but it sured seemed like it. 3 of the toilets were clogged it was so gross. There were paper towels all over the floor and the trash baskets were full. The mirror was really dirty you could barely see your reflection.
I’m not sure if I would eat there.. I’m also worried about they clean the trampolines etc if they can’t even keep the restrooms clean.
We had our sons 12th birthday party at Urban Air this past Friday during the glow party and it was awesome!! We booked a private room and it was totally worth the little bit of extra money. Kareem was our personal party host and he was AMAZING!! We can’t sing his praises enough. He is one of the main reasons we will return frequently. The kids and parents all had a blast.
We have been members since this location opened, and loved it. However, they recently resumed charging us because they are reopening, but my husband works directly with children who have COVID. I explained this to them and have asked for a manager over 3 emails now to refund this month and cancel our membership until we can resume in person. I have explained that we cannot attend for the safety of their members and ourselves. They still have NOT given us a refund for this month telling me it’s not in the contract. Quite frankly, if they are going to charge us knowing we have an essential worker at our home during this pandemic, I’ve lost respect for this company.
Your staff is SO nice and helpful. I noticed that when I attended a birthday party with my private family. Honestly, that’s the biggest reason I wanted to book an event once I saw that was an option.
With our group from church, your crew just did it again!
Not sure if Lilly is the right name, but there was a girl with a hurt leg that checked us in. She was kind, patient, and efficient at getting each person in our group checked in and socks. I was impressed!
Josh (manager) was amazing and helpful. Had a great attitude and kept things running smoothly and efficiently all night!
Marcus was also so kind and patient and helpful ALL night with our group!
Chloe and another guy (sorry I personally did not talk to him but I saw him helping) worked SO hard keeping the harnesses going on the bigger attractions. I know they worked hard because they were busy ALL night! I appreciate it.
There were no negative remarks from my group last night!
Everything from service to food to efficiency to safety was excellent!
Most importantly to me, Your staff was SO friendly. I cannot express enough how much that matters to me and my group. Your Urban Air in my opinion is Superior to the other businesses in Aurora that try to do the same thing!
We had my grandson’s 10th Birthday party at Urban Air. It was his favorite party of all time. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the attractions were open and sanitizing was practiced. We had children at this party ages 2-12, they all had an incredible time. Thank you party host Dan, for making Stanley’s special day the best ever.
Urban air has the nicest crew and a clean Facility ! There is so much to do we never have enough time their food is delicious and they have a couple of adult beverages to make it fun for everyone the kids love it here
When we first checked in everything seemed fine. Once i started ordering more pizza i noticed my party host Genesis M. had an attitude. Her vibe was very rude. Then our time to leave was getting close it was 7:55 when she went into our room and these were her exact words ” Umm i need you guys out of here already because we leave at 8:15″ which i thought was so unprofessional. Not to mention the other teenager that was working at the kids climbing station, very bossy attitude. We went to celebrate my daughter Dardhley’s 8th Bday party but that will be the last time we go. I really hope the manager sees this so they can improve on their staff.
I was recently asked to leave this venue because I have a service dog who accompanied me on our visit. Management refused to review the ADA guidelines for service animals and insisted that we leave – even after being informed that their actions were illegal. They insisted that the dog was “dangerous to the children” and “no animals are allowed under any circumstances” and that they could make this rule because they are “a privately owned business.” The dog behaved appropriately the entire time. He was either under the table where I was eating or heeling at my right side on a short, handheld lead so close that he was touching me. He never barked or made any sound. He did not lunge at or even sniff towards any other patrons. There was no legal provocation for our removal. A report has been filed with the Department of Justice.
This place is great and offers more than other trampoline parks, although the price is higher as well. We have been here a couple times and my son wanted his birthday party here. The party package was great with plenty of time to play and have time in the party room for pizza and cake- we decided to open presents at home and not at the actual party. Our party host Kayley was very sweet. She made sure we had everything for the party and was very personable with us and other guests at the party. I would recommend this location for parties and just burning off some energy for kids, lots to do to keep them busy and entertained for a few hours.
Kaiya helped us at the cafe….she is so kind and professional! Definitely looking forward to spending some hot summer days here With my kids!
What an awesome place! My kids had a great time and were asleep in the car before I got home. I was able to watch the Broncos game on their big projector. Highly recommend!
The SHORT version:
Absolute con-artists that WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE! Unsafe. You’re better off going to Sky Zone or Lava Island.
The LONG version:
When signing up for a membership, I was told that you could cancel any time. An employee at this location even went as far as to give me some spiel about how you could cancel at any time, but it just depends on where you on in the billing cycle, that you MIGHT get billed for an extra month. Conveniently, their tablet that you could sign up for a membership on while present, wasn’t working, so while surrounded by a line full of people, after selling me on getting the membership, and how much you save, I am hurrying to sign up on my phone with a line of 20 people behind me and my child and his friend running in circles. I checked whatever boxes I needed to in order to get the membership to go through.
Well apparently their ACTUAL MEMBERSHIP IS A 12 MONTH COMMITMENT! What trampoline/activity park has a 12 month membership, MOST GYMS DON’T HAVE THAT ANYMORE! Their ACTUAL CANCELLATION POLICY is that if you cancel you will be continued to BE BILLED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP.
Meanwhile, aside from their shady membership recruitment tactics, there were a number of things I ended up not liking about this place:
-employees that barely even pay attention to the kids, let alone supervise;
-complete lack of supervision between areas with large children and smaller 4-6 year olds. I have seen many smaller children run out of areas hurt, including my friend’s 6 year old son that was punched in the stomach and shoved down in one of the enclosed areas in front of their staff.
-an insane food policy, you can’t bring any food or drink (aside from water) into there, so they will force you to buy their food (which is disgusting) or eat outside. Literally worse than DISNEY!!! And let’s be real, they’re not DISNEY, they are a trampoline park in the burbs…
The icing on this sh*t-show of a cake, they changed their hours. The whole reason that we joined was to go after my son got out of his school which lets out late morning. They don’t even open until 4pm. Meanwhile, he has other evening classes he’s signed up for. How did I find this out you ask? Not by an email notifying all members, nooooo, by driving up to an empty parking lot. Now, I’m supposed to be stuck with this membership that I was bait-and-switched into purchasing that we can never use again.
Don’t waste your time! And don’t waste your MONEY!!!!!!
I never experienced these problems with Sky Zone or Lava Island. Go anywhere but here.
They have tiered pricing and even $60 for two kids offers limited attractions. In other words, this place is a complete rip off. $60 to jump on a few trampolines is highway robbery. Save yourself the cash and skip this place. Lame lame lame
Every employee I ran into was really respectful and polite even when things got out of control!!! A great place for the kids.
The food is absolutely disgusting. From the nasty pizza, nachos ( I didn’t think that was possible) , to the soggy waffle fries. The food doesn’t deserve one star.
There are a lot of fun activities for kids and that is pretty cool. The only reason they get three stars is the activities.
Horrible check in process. Waited for a half hour to get wristbands for (4) kids and there are just two families in front of us and three staff people at the desk. The problem wasn’t it being busy or there not being staff it would seem it’s either a lack of training or a very cumbersome and inefficient system.
My family went to a birthday party here for my son’s friend and we loved it! This place has it all!!! We’ve been to multiple indoor trampoline parks and Urban Air has way more to offer! They have trampolines, basketball, ball pit, obstacle course, giant playplace, slides, arcade games, zip line, rock climbing wall, battle beam, bumper cars, dodge ball, ropes course, virtual reality area and more! My son is 6 and him and all his friends loved it. We also brought my daughter who is 2 and she was able to do a lot here and really enjoyed it as well. They have party rooms and lots of tables in the open area. My son’s admission was included in his friends party package but, my husband and I paid for us and my daughter and it was surprisingly cheap! Some of the activities you have to pay extra for though. They have a cafeteria and make their own pizza for the parties which is convenient. We will definitely come back here to play again!
My kids loved this place during summer. Since the entrance fee was too expensive, I became a member. Now my kids don’t want to go there anymore. But I still have to pay the monthly charge. When I became a member, I was told that I could downgrade the membership anytime. Now they told me that they don’t allow me to do so for the initial 12 months. The place should be cleaned up more. Also, not all attractions are available due to lack of staff.
This place is kid heaven. And birthday parties are for kids, not adults. Mom, be warned: if you had a couple vaginal deliveries, stay off the trampolines.
10/10 b6 yo birthday party.
My brother and I took my kids and his son and they had such a great time! Staff was friendly and attentive even the concession stand workers were serving customers with excellence. I really enjoyed my families’ experience at this location. Awesome work! Keep it up. Please let your employees know for us.
Had a birthday party for my kiddo here, and when I found out they literally do EVERYTHING for you I almost peed my pants a little (actually that might of been because I jumped a bit too much).
My kids love this place and are already asking when we can go back!
*Rated 4 and not a 5 because it is over stimulating and a little nuts in there-but I feel like that’s to be expected.
Absolutely awful humans working there. They cause more problems then they solve. We were kicked out after a retired man from our party had an alcoholic beverage without his ID. A RETIRED MAN!! No one in our party was disruptive or belligerent. Just some children running the place who don’t know what they are doing and some miserable whale of a woman whos role we still can’t figure out treating us like we vandalized the place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Try the trampoline park farther down college ave with the rock climbing place. I would spit on them if I didn’t value my spit over them.
HORRIBLE. Thieving company. Don’t waste your money here.
We bought our 3 year old daughter a membership, and we bought one parent membership, being told anyone could come in with her as her adult. Today they won’t let me jump with my 3 year old. We pay for a platinum membership so she can ride go karts (we have to drive her) but I can’t do that. So she can do the spinning ride at the opening. Oh, it’s not open. And so she can have a snack. Peep the disgustingly stale popcorn
Do NOT go here, and most of all do NOT sign up for a membership. THIEVES.
The staff at Urban Air did a fantastic job of helping organize my daughters 5th birthday party on Saturday. Went off without a hitch and all the kids had a blast. Best of all we didn’t have to spend 3 hours cleaning up our house after it would have been wrecked by a dozen 5 year olds. Well worth the money!
We came here with a group of friends (all in our early 20’s) not realizing that this was really catered to younger kids. The website stated it was for all ages, but it was really for kids up to maybe 10. They should really have a “recommended age limit.” It was really gross in there… food and trash all over the floor, the bathrooms were gross. You’d think for a Sunday they would have bulked up their cleaning staff a bit. It is also super expensive if you are going to do all the courses/obstacles.
First time here and most of the stuff is closed so my 12 and 10 grandkids are extremely dissappointed. Complete waste of money and would not have come here. They should let you know before you buy the platinum which supposedly get you unlimited everything but since everything is closed it’s a complete ripoff. Do not come here!
The kids had an absolute blast! Coolest place they’ve been too as far as indoor amusement parks go and the crew running the place was helpful and made sure our autistic son had the most fun he could. Thank you to the team up there for helping our kids enjoy the day.
Great for kids to go and have fun theres an arcade and zipline
And the food is so good
Would not recommend for a few reasons. Brought two kids to play and purchased the “Deluxe” passes for $25 each kid. There is nothing deluxe, it’s the base pass that only allows access to the very basic attractions. Nearly everything here is “platinum” at $37 per kid. Multiple attractions were closed or unstaffed. And this location is MUCH smaller than the CO/40th location. After being inside we determined upgrading to even the platinum attractions wasn’t worth it. Overall this was total fail and my kids were disappointed. Not worth it.
Their slogan used to brag about cleanliness, as we visited today I noticed that slogan isn’t present anywhere nor is the cleanliness. Every glass surface looks like it has years of kid slobber and hand prints. Food all over the floor and the shoe cubbies hey used to have are gone so shoes are everywhere. Nothing like tripping over kids shoes at home and in public. Gross Chuck E. Cheese vibes in here.
This place is amazing for birthdays the service was incredibly wonderful. It was so worthed it and fun. I 100% recommend for birthday and to go have some fun with your friends and family I loved it so much
The food is very pricey and the prices to do the attractions are ridiculously expensive. A refill costs you $1. What is it with these places charging these ridiculous fees for something you already paid for. I stopped taking my kids here. At least at the park you don’t get ripped off!
Took my grandsons here for a fun day. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the supervision at each station. Management is doing an awesome job!
This review is my opinion developed from many disappointing experiences with Urban Air employees. Urban Air has lied to me multiple times about their monthly membership policy. The day I got my membership I was told I could cancel any time by the child working the front desk. The story later changed with this policy and I was told I would have to move from that location for this to be true. After moving from that location they would not let me cancel the membership even though I was told I could cancel if I moved more that 15 miles from that location. Now I am told I have to keep it if I am within 25 miles of any location. I went to the closest facility’s to my new location. The manager there told me that my membership couldn’t be canceled and that I would need to buy a new membership to use the new location. Which I would have to pay for, for a year. Why would I want a new membership, at a new location, with half the amenities for more money!? I will be sending the necessary arbitration paperwork to this worthless company since it is impossible to get someone competent to talk to in person or on the phone. The place is a scam and poorly run at a local and nation level. They make it clear they don’t want a class action lawsuit on their website but it seems necessary for companies like this that want to take advantage of the general public and combat veterans like myself. I didn’t risk my life to serve a country that protects greedy people like those running Urban Air. This is a common theme in America right now and “We the People” should not stand for an exploiter like Urban Air.
I went today for a church party thing. Let me tell you this whole place sucks. Mostly the workers when we got there they should have told us that we can only use the trampoline and not the equipment because almost all of us got yelled at for not have a specific band. So they could have told the party. And then this little kid kept bothering us and then lied to the workers saying we did something and the workers said “we are doing to much” but we had to talk to him bc he kept flipping us off and cussing as well. And still did nothing about it. And another thing one of the workers told my brother that ” I suck” at playing one of the games. Maybe he was messing around but he shouldn’t be saying that.
I wish I had read the other reviews about Urban Air’s deceitful sales tactics & practices when it comes to memberships. A few months ago, I filled out waivers for the kids online, and when I dropped them off to pay for their tickets, they were switched from a day-ticket to an annual membership since it was ‘lower’ than the one-day entry fee and ‘paid for itself.’ It was explained similar to an annual season pass, NOT a recurring monthly charge! One of the kids now attached to the membership isn’t even mine, just a friend who was with my two kiddos. Now we are stuck with a 12-month membership not only for my kids, but an extra one.
When I called to cancel and asked to see the contract in question, it’s not even my signature, it’s simply typed in. I’ve never even seen it! Businesses with these scammy memberships should be banned. Most who have done this in the past end up getting sued and losing their reputation and customers. I’d encourage you to rethink your deceitful business practices and stop forcing people to complete contracts they weren’t aware of and did not knowingly sign up for. Not shocking, they have an F rating and are not a Better Business Bureau accredited business. https://www.bbb.org/us/ga/lawrenceville/profile/trampoline/urban-air-trampoline-park-0443-28133723/complaints?page=1&status=
I took my kids here, and they had a blast!! the staff was really helpful and friendly especially an employee named Jada. My girls wouldn’t stop talking about how much they loved her. Good job Urban air! Will definitely be back.
We hosted a great birthday party here for PreK and Kindergarten age children. The price per head is fairly reasonable for a party consisting the cost of other places around town. I really like that kids can stay as long as they want after the party is over.
A couple of things that kept this from a 5-start review:
The rules here have recently changed, probably due to an actual incident. No one is allowed to do any head-over-heels tricks on any apparatus. From a safety perspective, I get it. From a fun perspective, this really limits what people can do on the trampolines.
There should be better enforcement of size restrictions in the tubes and children’s trampoline area. Older legs are constantly running over younger ones or taking over the areas designated for young ones.
The host of our party , Maria (I think), was great.
We come here often because it’s a lot of fun. Just be aware of the rules changes
DO NOT PRE-PURCHASE FOOD OR DRINK ITEMS FROM THE CAFE!!!
My son had the platinum membership. When he got too old to enjoy going there, I went to the Cafe to ask how I could redeem some pre-purchased Icees he still had on his account. They could not find any valid Icee items, but found over a dozen ‘Expired’ Icee charges. I was NOT made aware that food/drink items that are pre-purchased on-line had an expiration date! I thought my son was either consuming the Icees himself or sharing some with friends. NOWHERE during the pre-purchasing process does it state that pre-purchased food/drink items need to be used within a certain time. I would buy Icees and put them in his account when he would go and meet friends. But sometimes, they weren’t thirsty or just wanted water. This practice is very deceiving and disappointing! I’m glad we cancelled his membership and just want parents to be aware of the issues of pre-purchasing food from their Cafe!
Ayden is a bad employee! The only words I heard him say were “WAIT” “HOLD IT” and he shoved a little girl and said “WAIT” he did NOT use his words! he expects little tiny children to read his mind. When my children had to leave he got very upset! He grabbed my child and aggressively took it off! But besides that it was fun and wonderful!
SOME DUMB WORKER GOT ON THE ROPES COURSE WITH NO HARNESS AND PUT MANY LIFES AT STAKE. My kid was up there and workers started to scream at and harrass kids. That dumb ugly idiot went up there shaking and messing around with the guests. no safety at all really dissapointed, never going back thats for sure
some fatty named jack refused to serve me and my little african american son because we are BLACK! instead we went to this cute guy with highlights and he helped us
Very fun and kid friendly. On the sky rider my brother was scared, and an employee Jayden was nice and encouraging. My brother went a bunch more after he was given the confidence. Love this place.
Ray, Catalina, Jayson, Alex, and Cooper were the best employees ever they took care of me at my trip at urban air very well
Our kids love this place. For the parents super loud, separate quite room would make life much easier, because parents can work while kids busy with the game’s
We love this park and all there is to do there. We go as often as we can and the kids never get bored.
It’s a rip off. We had non-slip socks and they kept hassling us to buy their’s. Ours were practically the exact same. My kid wanted to play video games and $20.00 lasted 5 minutes. This place is crazy expensive and puts parents in a bad spot. Will not come back.
I’ve been to a lot of these indoor parks. All of them have various silly rules about socks. None of them have ever actually cared, as long as the kids are safe. Today the staff *insisted* that my kids needed to purchase urban air socks, after I had already gotten tickets ($30 for each kid). Why do they need urban air branded socks? Who knows? Who cares? Dumb policy, dumb decision of staff to insist on it. Given the price of the tickets, please don’t shake me down / nickel and dime me for unnecessary extras like this
