3 Reviews on “Edora Pool Ice Center”
I have been swimming at this pool since I was 8 years old and seen it go through many changes. The pool is usually pretty clean, and the locker rooms are nice with free day-use lockers. The prices are pretty reasonable, and since the pool is run by the city, participants in local high school swim teams don’t have to pay to use it. I highly recommend this pool to anyone who is interested in swimming. There is hot tub, “therapy pool”, warmer temperature kiddie pool that is much larger than anything I’ve ever seen, and a 50 meter long main pool that is usually broken up into 16 25 yd lanes, with a diving well by the two high dives and two low diving boards.
We were visiting from out of my town, and my wife & daughter loved going here twice. Locals are so lucky to have this facility! Well run and affordable.
(only area for improvement was skate sizing was challenging — only men’s sizes — and the gear was quite uncomfortable for her)
We have been coming here for close to 20 years. I love to come watch college hockey here. 20 years ago it was my husband and I’d cheap date nights and now we bring our kids here and it’s a cheap way we spend time together. For our whole family, for 6 of us we paid $40 to see CSU play against GCU. There is always a table for snacks that are always extremely reasonable. The restroom and vicinity is very clean. Overall, a great place to go.
