Can’t express how amazing, fun, friendly, fair price, clean, and outstanding customer service I received at fly high! Five five five stars!
I am volunteer coach that took my 2nd/3rd grade girls team. Instead of having a pizza party I wanted to take the girls to a place they haven’t gone or will have the opportunity to go. I sent an email and received a quick immediate response by Ms. Gabi. She helped coordinate and the price is beyond reasonable. My girls loved it. Ms. Gabi and her amazing crew especially Marcos made the experience wonderful. For all ages! My 2 year old daughter can’t get enough of fly high.
I only write reviews for companies and business that truly deserve them. My family and I visited Fort Collins and went to this trampoline park. I have four kids and they all loved it. The trampolines are really bouncy and fun. The park has many areas to play. Dodgeball was a blast.
The other reviewers haven’t been to many parks. The cost of the park is similar to that of two trampoline parks we go to in the Salt Lake area. There are many employees present to maintain order though on the weekends it is busy and small and large individuals are often in close proximity.
After going to Fly High Trampoline Park, my family and I went back to the local park in Salt Lake City. My kids were bored in half an hour. The trampolines here are not bouncy and the layout was much less fun.
I loved Fly High and only wish it was near by so I could go more often.
This is a very fun place to come with friends or family for a nice day off. I thought I was in shape until my first half hour was up and I was asking when my time was up because I was so tired. It’s especially nice to come on week nights because it is fairly empty and you have plenty of space to do all the tricks that I want. The weekends are nice too, although it is fairly crowded in the middle of the day since all the kids are out of school and many parents are out of work, as is to be expected at most places. I HIGHLY recommend this to people of all ages. Its a FUN place
I went to Fly High today with my four kids and we had such a blast! I love the fact that there are specific areas for every age group in addition to areas which accommodate all ages together. The staff today; Matt, Colin, and another fellow were amazing, helpful and provided me with service that compelled me to write a positive email and review raving about it (how often do you get incredible customer service anywhere these days?)…Almost never.
We have had birthday parties here, attended others’ parties, and come as a family. Each and every time, we enjoy ourselves and notice that our kids our smiling constantly throughout the entire visit. It’s one of the few special things we can do as a family as our kids get older and I almost always end up jumping too (who can resist)!?
We’ll definitely be back!
Great place for my family, friends and I to hangout at. The workers are interactive with the kids for everyone to have the best time they can possibly have while also helping to keep a safe environment, very quick and responsive to any injury no matter how major or minor. Created an account for myself at home from their website ‘Flyhighfun.com’ so I was able to conveniently waltz in and get started bouncing!
The Best place to Exercise and have fun in town. Flyhigh’s prices are very cheap and your can get special offers every day of the week. It’s is a good place to have a birthday party or just jump with your friends. Flyhigh Has everything dodgeball, open Jump area, basketball hoops, and a kids area for little kids. Compared to any other trampoline park Flyhigh Beats them all by a long shot.
This place is a joke 18 cameras inside none outside crime ring they steal purses inside they mix 4 yr old with adults so many little kids have broken legs or worse. Because you sign a waiver they do can about any safety
. They have break ins outside people loose the personal objects purses because every one knows they have theft inside. I think inside job. save your young children boycott this they are not respectable. Windsor Nana saw her 4 yr old grand son suffer 11 weeks with full leg cast, we all suffered.
Sadly Fly High is over run by “Mall Rat” kids who think they own the place. The super trampoline area has become a club house where people sit around protecting their turf and deter anyone else from being able to jump. If anyone does dares enter the area they are met with an aggressive “are you trained” comment. Basically their way of keeping out anyone not in their circle. Fly High has hundreds of people trained to use the super tramps. See Taylor P. from 8/31/2021. Nothing has changed. Even more discouraging is the super tramp area is right next to the other foam pit that novice and little kids can use. The behavior coming out of the “club house” is appalling if you don’t witness the physical and verbal behaviors close up they can also be heard across the whole building on nights when it’s not busy. The staff does not monitor any of the behavior as it appears most of this regulars have befriend the staff and now get do as they please. I would be very upset to host a birthday party at Fly High for $200 plus and have to deal with this behavior. I will be ending my membership as well.
What a great experience our group of moms and their children had at Fly High last week. Chris, the manager, was very helpful and professional. He went “above and beyond” to make sure our event was a success. The children had so much fun playing and jumping. This place is amazing for children of all ages (so many exciting things to do)!

Me & the kids have always enjoyed our time here every time we’ve visited! The environment is set up for endless amounts of activities for the kids to not get bored or run out of options for fun! It’s always a much needed break as a parent and it’s quite relaxing and chill atmosphere for parents as well!
More importantly, one of the employees named Gavin has been an amazing help for all of our questions & has provided outstanding services to us in a kind and friendly way. Which is much appreciated in today’s world! Thanks Gavin!
We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Fly High and she was over the moon with the set up of the party room and with the amounts of fun she had with her friends. Alondra was our designated person for the party and she made the entire party so enjoyable. She made the sign up process very smooth, the room was set up exactly how we wanted and the party went on smoothly without me having to work about anything. We all enjoyed our time without any hiccups. Thank you fly high and thank you Alondra!
Love this place perfect place to practice gymnastic skills or bring kids if you have any. All the employees are super great. In particular there was this employee I think her name was Katie. She was super nice and patient with a group of boys that were just acting crazy. If you are planning a trip to fly high be ready for a great nigth of fun, trampolines with quality superior to other standard trampoline parks, and amazing staff!
After talking with addi more, I realized her name is actually spelled addi, she’s actually a really cool person, and a very hard worker. I saw her cleaning the park, and I realized why the park is so clean. Because she cleaned it. She is really good with kids and interacts with customers well. If you go to flyhigh trampoline Park and you have a birthday party, make sure you get addi to be your party host. Yay!
It’s hard to find good service these days. Just last week I got elbowed in the face at a local Olive Gardens. Employees just don’t seem to care about customer relations anymore.
But not at Fly High Trampoline Park. My experience with that establishment will resonate with me for years to come. I had a birthday party for my disabled child Luka.
He is on the spectrum and it is always hard to plan events that are suitable for him and his friends. Fly High was perfect. I had the pleasure of being tended to by the lovely Ms. Anna Garcia. She made absolutely sure that everything went smoothly. She checked us in, handled ordering the pizzas, checked on us an appropriate amount and was so kind to me and the kiddos. They all had an amazing time jumping around all day. Luka even learned his first trick! Now he can bounce on his butt and come right back up to his feet! The smile on his face was worth more than anything on this earth. 10/10. 1 will be recommending Fly High to every single person in my Facebook Reading Club group chat. Again shoutout to Anna for blessing us with her service. We’ll see you next year! Luka wants to learn how to do a gainer.
I took my two kids, ages 11 and 14. They had a blast! There is this super sweet and helpful woman there named Lulani. She was so helpful and caring! She went way above and beyond. There was also a guy teaching kids how to use the super jump. He was very patient with all kids, and was going out of his way to help teach my daughter to do a flip. I will definitely be going back! Thank you guys for making our visit amazing!!
